Easton Wine Project

At the Easton Wine Project they have made over 18 different types of wine. They have dry red wine, dry white wine, rose wine, and sweet, fruity wine. So no matter what kind of wine you like, they have something for you! But the Easton Wine Project isn’t just about wine. In addition to their amazing wine selection, they offer locally focused craft beer selection, a delicious food menu, and host local musicians that perform on the weekend evenings.

Hoppy Parent Tip- Located just inside the entrance, there is a large eating area that is sunken and provides a little extra space. If it is available, this is an excellent area for kids.

It starts at the old Simon Silk Mill on 13th Street and goes all the way to Third Street, right next to Lafayette College’s campus.

The Karl Stirner Arts Trail is a sculpture park and recreational trail all in one. It’s named after Karl Stirner, a famous sculptor from Easton who spent 25 years promoting the city as an art destination. He wanted everyone to be able to experience the beauty of art and nature together.

As you walk along the trail, you’ll see many amazing sculptures and works of art. They are all made by different artists and are displayed for everyone to see. Boser Geist Brewing Co.

Standing at the forefront of the Silk Mill, Boser Geist Brewing Company boasts a charming ambiance that is matched only by the quality of their beer and food offerings. two glass of yellow and rose color beerHaving opened their doors in December of 2017, Boser Geist Brewing is still relatively new, but their impact has been notable. On a bustling Saturday afternoon, we were immediately welcomed by the warm and attentive staff.

The beer menu at Boser Geist is comprehensive, catering to both seasoned beer drinkers and novices alike. Among their impressive selection, the Tangerine Twist stood out as a favorite. A mouthwatering blend of tangerine and Mexican orange puree, this sour beer is just one of the delectable offerings in the brewery’s TPS (The Pucker Sour) Report series.

For those who appreciate good food, Boser Geist Brewing does not disappoint. Their menu offers a wide variety of options, including the scrumptious jumbo Bavarian pretzel and the Southern fries – piled high with succulent pulled pork. However, the ultimate winner on their menu has to be the Asian Bao Bun Tacos. While there was no dedicated kids menu, the staff was more than accommodating in making some of the dishes kid-friendly.

Without a doubt, Boser Geist Brewing should be at the top of your must-visit list when exploring the Silk Mill.

Hoppy Parent Tip- High chairs are available at Boser Geist; they are located near the restrooms in the back.

And even though Seven Sirens Brewing doesn’t have a kitchen on-site, they’ve teamed up with the Easton Wine Project to provide delicious food delivery service.

On a busy weekend afternoon, the brewery was full of people, including families and couples playing board games, foosball, and pool. The staff was super friendly and even went out of their way to help the young ones have a good time.

As a way to honor our brave veterans, Seven Sirens Brewing has a “Buy a Veteran a Beer” program. You can raise a glass and show your appreciation to those who have served our country.
